We have our second Golfer of the Year qualifying competition this coming weekend. It is a Single Stroke from White Tees. We also expect this will be our first qualifying competition of the year. Cutting and .1’s back!
Matchplay
We are taking names for the Singles and Foursomes Matchplay. Closing date has moved to Sunday April 3rd. Put your name and entry fee into provided envelopes and drop into the scorecard box in mens locker-room. If you have no foursome partner there is a sheet in the locker-room, add your name and we’ll assign you a partner. All details are on the noticeboard in the locker-room.
If you can’t make it to the club please phone Ger Treacy or email me and we will enter you.
Golfer of the Year points are also awarded for the matchplays, so make sure to enter!
Golfer of the Year
Our Golfer of the Year comprises all the Monthly Medals, Singles Matchplay, Foursomes Matchplay, 1 White V-Par, 1 White Stroke, Presidents Prize and Captains Prize. The point structure hasn’t changed and is displayed on the notice board in our locker room.

InterClub
Our first interclub match is this Saturday v Kilkenny GC at 3pm in both clubs. Best of luck to the team. The Barton Cup, Duggan Cup and Provincial Towns are also coming up in April, if interested in playing on either team can you add your name to the sheets in the locker room
