The Open Rumble held on Weds 18th was very well supported with great interest from other clubs in the area – Callan, Borris, Kilkenny and Castlecomer to name but a few. Thankfully the rain pretty much stayed away with only a couple of short showers in the afternoon and we even enjoyed a bit of sunshine!
There was lots of talk amongst the women regarding the condition of the course particularly regarding how dry the course is after all the recent rain – it was great to hear so many compliments on the course.
