The Ladies Revive Active Fourball Team had a fabulous win over a formidable Bunclody ream on Sunday 20th May .With two matches won at home by Ann Mullins and Catherine O Driscoll ,Ger Hickey and Gay Latchford ,a defeat away to Kate Hennessy and Helen Dunne ,the crucial match was required .With Nora Barron and Joan Murphy all square playing 18 at home ,it was tense and tight with Sinead Kearney and Eithne Byrne 1down playing 17away ,only to be beaten by a very good par.So all eyes and ears were watching and listening to the crux match in Gowran ,only to watch and hear Joan Murphy win on the 19th with her partner Nora Barron to give Gowran the victory much to the delight of all involved .Well done to all and onwards and upwards to the next round .
